The easiest way to find out who currently supplies your energy is to check your most recent gas or electricity bill, or speak to the previous occupier. Unfortunately you cannot change supplier until the end of your contract and you must follow your supplier’s terms and conditions for terminating your contract (3 months’ notice is normally required) to be in a position to choose a new supplier.

Half Hourly metering is only available to over 100kW sites. If you have a half hourly site you will pay a separate fee for this metering. The consumption is recorded every half hour and downloaded via the data aggregator, which is forwarded to your supply company.
